Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with EverMargin. If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase or renewal date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@evermargin.com and we'll help you through the process.
What happens after a refund
Once a refund is approved, the amount is returned to your original payment method (typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank). Your Pro access is removed when the refund is processed.
